ABOUT GLORY MISSION
HISTORY
Glory Mission started in 2008, at the direction of the Holy Spirit and led by the late Reverend. Leanora Richards.
With the help of her children Courtney & Verona Richards, the church held services at Norbury Methodist Church and to this day, Glory Mission is thriving. God is to be praised for the hunger for truth nurtured in Apostle Courtney Richards by his parents, Joseph & Leanora Richards.
APPROACH
- We have total dependence on the leading of God.
- To facilitate using various interventions, the growth of God's people to fulfil their divine purpose, where they are driven by purpose rather than the pleasing of man.
- To facilitate spirit led ministry that utilises the gifts of the Holy Spirit to bring wholeness
WORKING TO ACHIEVE
- To help people get in their place to see and experience the goodness of God, which is His glory.
- Help people to know God for themselves, with lives that are led by the spontaneous flow of the Holy Spirit - not religion.
- Fruitful relationships including friends, families, work & marriage.
- Mental stability & wholeness.
- Deliverance that breaks the chains of bondage.
- Signs, wonders & miracles that testify to God's greatness.
- Love in action, not just in word.
- Scriptural knowledge as the foundation of our lives - deep roots, enabling people to grow and thrive.
- Provide practical help for all aspects of life.
WORKING TO SOLVE
- Unwillingness to be led by God
- Mental health and emotional instability
- Lack of life balance
- Deficit of Godly character
- Relationship breakdowns
- Little manifestation and understanding of God's kingdom on earth
- Young men without guidance and effective role models
- Unloving & selfish communities / individualism
